Designs that you will find on our Scratch-n-Dent list that fit within the $1,000 to $2,000 budget will be small storage sheds and Economy Grade sheds. Some recent designs that have been included were the Woodbin, Utility Shed, Nantucket , Economy Vermonter and Cedar Garden Closet. Most of these fully assembled structures were not scratched or dented, but were built to keep in stock so that we would have items to ship right away as a convenience to our customers. We understand that sometimes a shed was needed yesterday. We always like to have around one hundred buildings in stock at any given time so that visitors may see them in person.
Woodbins that fit within this budget usually hold around one cord of firewood. This design is perfect for the second home owner that needs to fire up their fireplace on weekends, or for those that have a firepit in their backyard. Our Utility Shed is a tiny structure that works well for gardening supplies, sporting equipment, or use it to organize your recycling. The Economy Nantucket and Vermonters are built with the same sturdy, rough sawn, hemlock frame that all of our buildings are constructed of. We are able to offer this low-cost option by using economy grade siding and an unpainted 29 gauge galvalume metal roof with a 20 year lifespan. The siding may contain minor cosmetic blemishes which can usually be concealed with paint, stain or by installing another type of siding on top. The Garden Closet that is built from cedar will deter pests from entering your storage.
