In this price rage you will find economy sheds that range from 96 square feet up to 120 square feet. In many towns it is possible that you might not need a permit for sheds that are under 120 square feet. You should always check with your town first before building. Our economy series of sheds are constructed with an unpainted 29 gauge galvalume corrugated metal roof. We install economy grade siding keep costs down. These sheds can be given a new life with paint, stain, or use the rough sawn pine exterior as the base for shingles or any other type of siding that will match your home.
If you are looking for an upgraded design the Hardware Shed, Nantucket, Saltbox and Dollhouse include pine board and batten siding, a painted corrugated metal roof (most often in Evergreen), doors and barn sash windows. Any design that comes with a set of double doors includes a pressure treated ramp to make rolling your lawnmowers and grills in and out easy.
