Post and beam buildings that are listed on our Scratch-n-Dent page are limited in quantity, are first come, first served and can be shipped to you as soon as your site is ready. It is best to order a Scratch-n-Dent building as soon as you can if you do not want to miss out on the savings or quick shipping. We update our inventory page every couple days so check back if you don’t see something you like, or order a new building. Remember financing options are provided as a payment option to help you move towards your dream as soon as possible.
Some popular designs that often end up as display models in this size range include Sugar Shacks, Three Sled Sheds, Tool Sheds, Gables and Saltboxes. Each of these designs is set up to be used for storage. The three sled shed is built with three bays that include sliding pine barn doors with an extra wide ramp for easy access. Several designs that are used for livestock shelter and vehicle and equipment storage include the barn, Â garage, barn garage, stall barn, run in shed standard, one bay garage and sugar shack.
Tiny houses that fit this square foot range are often a bit roomier than the tiny house on wheels variety. They provide more room for your belongings while maintaining a small foot print. Generally you will want these buildings to be stationery since they will require a wide load permit if you want to take them over the road.
