Clearance models that are listed between the 65 square foot and 99 square foot range include post and beam buildings that are usually 6×12 up to 8×12 in size. This size range usually will not require a permit for building because of the small footprint. Customers should always find out if a permit is needed regardless because a certain set back may also be required, even if a permit is not. Most often you will find economy storage sheds and firewood storage sheds in this size range. These designs are most popular because they are affordable, and are easy to order.
The 8×10 and 8×12 Economy Vermonter and New Yorker sheds are nearly impossible to keep in stock. We do a pretty good job of keeping up. The 29 gauge galvalume metal roof and economy grade siding make this building accessible for nearly any wallet size. Our Woodbins in this size range include the 6×12, 6×14, 6×16, 8×10 and 8×12 which hold two to four cords of stacked firewood. If your home has a woodstove or fireplace you need a place to keep your wood dry for consistent burning.
