Fully Assembled buildings, or FA as often seen in our catalog, are designs that we build at our factory and deliver to your site. We strive to have around 100 display models at our factory at any given time. This gives our visitors a chance to see their buildings in person before they buy. Our clients find this to be very helpful because seeing the buildings in person helps them determine what size structure will be appropriate for their project, they can see our high quality framing techniques, and ask our sales team any questions that they may have about the designs they are interested in. When you step inside one of our sheds you will notice that the floors have no bounce, unlike the sheds that are often found at big box stores.

The types of buildings you will often encounter in our fully assembled building section will be our very popular economy grade sheds (Vermonter, New Yorker and Nantucket), various woodbins and combo sheds that hold anywhere from one to twelve cords of dry firewood, a variety of cottages and cabins, including some turn-key or insulated options, small garages, garden sheds, screen rooms and playhouses. Some designs will include porches, lofts or built in cabinets. Some designs will be fully outfitted as a turn key design with insulation, plumbing, electricity and heat. We also like to keep our Tiny House on Wheels shell in stock. We have numerous customers purchase that as a base to finish out exactly how they want.

All scratch-n-dent inventory is first come, first served. Inventory is limited and changes on a frequent basis, so be sure to check back on this page from time to time to see what is new. All of our ready to ship display models are eligible for financing, or can be ordered online, over the phone or in person. Our friendly staff is on call to answer your questions about any design.
